Spa and Massage Experience

My husband and I spent the day at this beautiful facility, enjoying great steam saunas, a dry sauna, igloo shower, and different thermal baths. The upper-level pool and rooftop jacuzzi with an ocean view were amazing! I highly recommend the Himalayan salt massage by Fatima and Armando. The attentive staff made everything excellent. Definitely going back!

Wonderful Wellness Resort!

The room was spacious and tastefully decorated with ample storage. I had a kitchen setup that was well thought out. Evening turn-down service kept my accommodation immaculate. I appreciated the purified water bottles provided at no charge, and the ocean view from my room put everything over the top!

Amazing Fitness Offering

Carillon is not your typical family hotel; most guests come for the fantastic fitness offerings. Daily fitness classes catered to all levels are a major draw. I attended several sessions and was impressed by the quality of instruction. Being active here was both enjoyable and motivating, making my stay truly nice!

The Carillon Miami Wellness Resort has a beautiful location and offers a relaxing atmosphere, but my last visit highlighted some significant downsides. While the facilities still have their charm, the restrictions placed on hotel guests were quite disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. The staff, while pleasant at times, couldn't seem to handle management issues effectively, leading to some frustrating moments during our stay.

My stay at the resort was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I checked in, the cleanliness of the resort and the attention to detail from the staff made a huge difference. The location is perfect with easy beach access and plenty of pools to relax by. I particularly loved the wellness classes and the spa treatments. However, I did have a couple of minor hiccups with the service being a bit slow at times, which detracted from the overall experience. Still, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway.
